For firms weighing DeterminALI, and for clients whose consultant uses it.
Considering DeterminALI.
What is DeterminALI?
A consulting delivery platform for change that drives value, with the data to make great decisions. It runs your firm and every engagement in one place, and gives each client a portal in your brand that shows the value delivered and the evidence behind every recommendation.
Is it a CRM or a project tool?
It includes client records, pipeline, and project tracking, but those are not the point. The point is delivery the client can see, with value and evidence on record.
Will clients see the DeterminALI name?
No. The portal runs on your domain with your brand. Help articles inside it refer to you as their consultant.
Does AI make decisions about people?
No. Judgments come from published rules and the evidence. A person makes the call. AI drafts reports and plans, and a person approves them before a client sees anything.
Is client data used to train AI?
No. Client data is never fed into outside AI models or training sets.
Can we use the assessments we already run?
Yes. Results from the adaptability and change-readiness assessments you already use can be brought into an engagement.
How is it priced?
Through partnership, around your team, your clients, and the content you use. See How partnership works, or talk to us.

Your consultant uses DeterminALI.
Why did my consultant invite me to a portal?
So you can see your engagement as it moves: progress, the work assigned to you, results they have shared, and the value delivered.
Where do I sign in?
Use the link in your invitation email. Your portal is on your consultant’s own web address.
Who can see my assessment results?
Only the people your consultant has chosen, based on your role. You can see and download your own data at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. The privacy center in your portal lets you download, correct, or erase your data yourself.
Who do I ask for help?
Your consultant. Their contact details are in the help section of your portal.
Words you will see.
- Engagement
- One piece of client work, such as a strategy project, a change program, or a coaching program. Everything for that work lives inside it.
- Sponsor
- The client executive who owns the engagement and the budget. The portal is built so they can see progress without asking.
- Program Cockpit
- The sponsor’s view of an engagement: progress, risks, open actions, and next steps on one page.
- Value Cockpit
- A running view of the value an engagement has delivered so far, against what was planned.
- Investment Statement
- A statement for the sponsor that ties what they invested to what was delivered, line by line.
- Judgment
- A decision the Decision Engine has made on a specific question, with the evidence it used and the next move it recommends.
- Evidence
- The data a judgment rests on: assessment results, operating data, and reviewed outside sources.
- Qualified
- Evidence that meets the standard for use in a judgment. Evidence that does not qualify is left out, and the report says so.
- Stale
- Evidence that is old enough that a judgment resting on it should be looked at again.
- Knowledge pack
- A bundle of articles, toolkits, and templates that a firm can hand to any engagement.
- Content package
- Ready-made content that arrives in every client portal at once, such as the client help articles.
- Data Room
- The governed place where an engagement’s client data lives: tables, records, and the rules applied to them.
- Toolkit
- A set of run-sheet cards a client uses to do a specific piece of the work between sessions.
- Playbook
- The logic behind a set of toolkits: what situation it solves, and in what order to use the pieces.
