Participants and privacy

Taking an assessment: your data, your rights.

If your organization has asked you to take an adaptability or change-readiness assessment, here is how your answers are used and what you control.

In short

What you should know.

  1. 1

    You are asked first.

You accept the privacy policy before you take part, and that consent is recorded.

  2. 2

    Results are shared on purpose.

Your consultant decides who sees which results, based on role. Nothing is shared by default.

  3. 3

Results support you, they don’t decide for you.

Results guide coaching and support. Decisions about people are made by people, not by AI.

  4. 4

Your data is not used to train AI.

Assessment data is never fed into outside AI models or training sets.

  5. 5

You can take your data back.

The privacy center in your portal lets you download, correct, or erase your data yourself.
